Please text 231-642-7000 to let us know you’ve arrived. There is no onsite office, so you can just head to your accommodation after sending a text message to our team.

Nope! You do not need a key; all of our doors are equipped with keyless entry.

You will be emailed your door code 1 day before your arrival. Please let us know if you are unable to locate your code.
